Zimbabwe Online Agricultural College (ZOAC) which was recently established aims to increase the reach of Agricultural Education for Development (AE4D5.0) to those who need it the most (farmers). It capitalises on ICT to ensure that farmers can learn from anywhere at their convenience. AE4D5.0 is anchored on learning by demonstration, enquiry and practice as opposed to instruction. ZOAC is a key component of the holistic approach to the transformation of agriculture in Zimbabwe as we Go for Growth.
